Anthony D. Jones is the Competency Co-Director for Finance and the Business Resource Financial Manager at Naval Information Warfare Center (NIWC) Atlantic, Charleston, South Carolina.

Jones began his government civil service career in May 2002 as the Comptroller of the Space and Naval Warfare Information Technology enter (SITC) in New Orleans, Louisiana. Additionally, Jones successfully let the 90-person multi-discipline team consisting of Finance Contracts, and Program Management through transition and relocation following Hurricane Katrina, ensuring that all tasking and deadlines, to include fiscal year-end closeout, were accomplished seamlessly and timely.

Prior to joining the Space and Naval Warfare Information Technology Center, Mr. Jones worked in the private sector as Senior Associate Consultant (Business and Economic Analysis) for Booz, Allen, Hamilton Inc., providing, planning, programming and budgeting support to several major Department of Defense manpower and personnel acquisition programs.

The Tampa Bay, Florida native has a Master of Business Administration (MBA), a Bachelor of Business Management, is a certified Defense Financial Manager (CDFM) and is a Defense Acquisition Workforce Improvement Act (DAWIA) Level 3 certified in Business Financial Management. He is also a member of the Defense Acquisition Corp and the American Society of Military Comptrollers (ASMC).

Jones is a United States Air Force veteran whose awards include two Defense Meritorious Service Medals, the Joint Service Commendation Medal, three Air Force Commendation Medals, two Joint Service Achievement Medals, the National Defense Service Medal and the Global War on Terrorism Award.

Peter Torrano

Peter Torrano has had a long and very successful career in the public service sector.  As a graduate of The University of Connecticut, he became a member of the Norwalk police department and achieved the rank of captain before retiring.  Pete was also an instructor at the Connecticut Police Academy.  From there he served as the Police Commissioner for Norwalk and President of the Connecticut Police Commissioners Association.

In addition to his public service, Pete has held the positions of Security Consultant for the Connecticut Department of Transportation Rails Division, Social Services Commission member, Norwalk Zoning Commissioner and Common Councilman for the city of Norwalk.
Pete relocated to Mt. Pleasant, South Carolina in 2019 and is active with the American Legion and serves as the Board President for his neighborhood HOA.
