Positioning assets at the top of the market
An analysis will be performed to ensure current contract advertising is being effective and any changes made to ensure occupancies remain at the highest levels. All in-house marketing avenues will be reviewed, to include all social media, and reviewed/tracked monthly to ensure effectiveness.
Market Assessments: An initial comprehensive marketing assessment will be done for each asset to include competitor information, competitor online market analysis, market survey, and marketing plan for any current concerns with occupancies, curb appeal, or current advertising. This assessment will be reviewed quarterly and updated as necessary, or sooner should the need arise as a result of lower occupancies, new developments in the market, or other shifts in the immediate area.
