Weekly owner reports for property managers consist of property activities that occurred over the last week, to include occupancy, vacancy, notices, move ins and move outs, collections, delinquency, make ready statistics, work order status, and any other items that occurred which affected the asset. Monthly reports consist of a detailed summary outlining occupancy trends, renewal trends, current market trends, any issues or concerns at the property, a financial variance report, and a current market survey. Individual units be walked monthly with 33% of the property completed. Inspection reports are generated, work orders created for any deficiencies, and residents billed for any damages they caused.
