Due diligence services will include unit by unit inspections, file audits, rent roll audits, financial audits, examination and review of all contracts, exterior walks, physical plant equipment inspections, and market survey. Reviews will also be conducted on all utility bills to look for waste and opportunities for expense reductions. A formal report will be prepared and presented to the owner for review.
